Refund Policy

All properties sold by Land Fast Easy (“we” or “us”) are sold as-is. As the buyer, you accept the condition of the property. And you assume all taxes and HOA fees for the property.

Eligibility

Within 7 days of the sale, a full refund will be automatically issued.

When well sell a property we charge a $299 document preparation fees for transferring title to the buyer. It is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refunded amount.

After 7 days, refunds are addressed on a case-by-case basis. We want you to be satisfied with your land purchase; so please contact us to see if you are eligible.

Reconveying the Property

If you decide to return the property after a deed has been recorded in your name, then the following additional fees will be incurred to reconvey the property.

To ensure the property is reconveyed properly and legally, Land Fast Easy will prepare the deed and associated documents at a cost of $199, which will be deducted from any refunds due.

Also, any notary and/or county fees will be deducted from any refunds due. These fees vary based on the county.

Method of Refund

Refunds will be issued at the point of sale and in the same form the purchase was made in, unless other arrangements are made.

Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
